From time to time your customers may ask that their subscription billing be paused while they go on vacation, use up their current product, or just want to hold off on receiving their next service. Luckily, Recurly makes it easy to do this!
To postpone a subscription, just follow these steps:
Access the user's account, and click the Edit link next to their subscription
Click the Postpone button
Choose the new renewal date, then click Update Next Renewal Date
That's it! Your customer's next billing date is now postponed. No proration will take place, and all future renewals will take place on this date. Contact Recurly Support if you have any questions about using this feature or would like any more pro tips!
